Says Olga, “Over time, I felt called to become even more directly involved in care, so I went back to school and earned my Associate’s Degree in Nursing. That hands-on experience deepened my understanding of what people truly need; connection, respect, and thoughtful, individualized support, especially as they age or face health challenges.”
Olga has surrounded herself with a team that shares that same heart for helping others. China Garcia, Administrative Director, keeps the day-to-day operations and care team connected, while Amanda Anderson, Admissions Director, works directly with seniors and their families to listen, answer questions, navigate care options, and help get the right support in place.
