Whether it is around the clock care or just a few hours a week, we are here to refer caregivers to provide exactly what is needed. We can refer caregivers to provide a full range of non-medical in-home care services to clients with Alzheimer’s, dementia, neuromuscular conditions like MS, ALS and Parkinsons, post-surgery or rehab needs. The caregivers we refer can provide personal care services such as bathing and dressing, as well as medication reminders. Other available services include respite care, safety supervision for clients with fall risks, light housekeeping, meal preparation, transferring and companionship. We refer caregivers who provide as much or as little as is needed for your loved one to remain independent, happy, safe and comfortable.

From the initial phone call for information, it has been a smooth and agreeable experience. I had two broken wrists, and needed at home personal assistance just for a month. Griswold Home Care did not make me commit to time or care beyond my minimal needs, and the providers were excellent, kind and personable. I would recommend them to anyone, and will turn to them when in need in the future.

The staff at Griswold were so kind and caring as my dad was on hospice and my mother desperately needed more help. The nurses came in and saw what she needed help with....without her asking!

Griswold Home Care provided the perfect caregiver for my dad. Esther, was great in the month or so that she worked with Dad. She found a good rapport and the right level of give and take with Dad, and felt her way through being there when he needed her and being just nearby enough when he didn’t. She also checked in if anything felt weird, such as when Dad got out the ladder to paint the shed. The caregiver had the right balance to accommodate for a parent who needs but does not want coverage. Dan was such an asset and genuine help to me and to Dad. I appreciated his thorough and solid communication and follow-up, there were times when he checked in on Dad to make sure the care was going well, and worked with us whenever we needed to adjust the schedule for Dad’s coverage. It’s been a pleasure to work with Griswold.

My father, was able to care for some of her needs, but required the assistance of a home care structure. Griswold met all of our needs with regard to both of my parents. They continually provided high-quality aides, especially our live-in aide who has become a permament member of our family.
