Our complimentary, no-obligation in-home consultation allows us to get to know you, your loved one, and your family's goals. We encourage family members to participate whenever possible because the best care plans are built together. During this visit, we assess current needs, identify potential safety concerns, and begin creating a personalized roadmap for care.
Sometimes that roadmap includes home care. Sometimes it includes rehabilitation, hospice, assisted living, memory care, or other community resources. Our goal is never simply to provide home care—it is to help families make the best decision for their loved one.
If home care is the right solution, we thoughtfully match each client with a caregiver whose personality, experience, and approach are the best fit. We know exceptional care is built on meaningful relationships, so we take great care in selecting caregivers who are compassionate, dependable, and genuinely called to serve others.
Every caregiver undergoes a comprehensive screening and hiring process, including background checks, employment verification, and ongoing training, ensuring your loved one receives professional, trustworthy care with the dignity and respect they deserve.
Care at Hope doesn't end with the caregiver's first visit. Our office team remains actively involved through ongoing communication, care oversight, and regular follow-up. When clinically appropriate, our Registered Nurse provides additional assessment and care management to help ensure each client's needs continue to be met as they change over time.
Families also have access to our secure Family Room Portal, allowing them to stay connected through caregiver visit notes, schedules, medication information, and invoices from wherever they may live.
