This company has been extremely and professional during all the Covid time. We really needed 24 hour care for my father who has dementia and Nashoba Homecare provided a great consistent Aide who we looked forward to seeing every day. It took a lot of pressure off my mother who was the primary caregiver. The owner always answered the phone after hours and available whenever we needed guidance or more assistance. Thank you so much for providing these services for our family.

Small company with personal attention. I had used several agencies over the years for my mother who resides with us and suffers from dementia. The Aides were all very reliable, experienced, compassionate and felt like family. The Office communication was consistent and they always answered the phone during hours and after hours. We appreciate everything they have done to assist mom. I highly recommend them.

My mother is the primary caretaker for my father. She had emergency illness and needed heart surgery. This was totally unexpected and we all panicked. Many of us live out of state. In calling around about services, Nashoba Homecare was the only agency that answered the phone. The person who answered was very helpful, compassionate and attentive. They were able to provide someone to care for my father within a day. He suffers from Alzheimer's and can be difficult. The Nursing Assistant that was assigned to assist my father, was so patient and experienced with his illness. We were grateful that we called Nashoba Homecare because my parents also live in an area that is hard to cover.

My parents health was declining and were defiant about having some assistance. It was too difficult for me to be available all the time due to working, children's sports and activities. The owner gave me so e ideas and came out to meet with them. They agreed to start with just a couple of days. They enjoyed their Aide and agreed to more days after a month. Josie is very professional, caring, and respectful of their privacy and need for independence. We are very happy with Nashoba Home are and greatly appreciate their services.

My mother fell, broke her hip and went to rehabilitation. They informed me that she would be discharged with only a days notice. Nashoba Homecare was there for us. They met mom at the facility to meet her and create a care plan with the discharge information. A CNA was assigned to us who was a perfect fit! We love her and she feels like a part of the family.
