
SYNERGY HomeCare in Corona is owned and operated by Craig and Gabriela Fett, a husband-and-wife team with a shared passion for helping others. The Fetts are committed to continuing the legacy of high-quality care that Northern Orange County has trusted for more than 15 years.
Craig holds a BS in Mathematics and Biochemistry from the University of Iowa, an MS in Biomedical Science from Eastern Virginia Medical School, and an MBA in Business Analytics and Mergers & Acquisitions from the University of Illinois. He spent two decades in academia and biotech startups, contributing to SARS and cancer research before transitioning to home care. Gabriela earned a BA in Psychology from UNISAL in São Paulo, Brazil, and has experience as a billing specialist and as an early childhood development specialist in California.
The Fetts believe in treating every client like family. From companionship and personal care to respite support for family caregivers, their goal is to deliver personalized care that improves quality of life and provides peace of mind.

Companion care includes assistance with cooking, shopping, running errands, light housekeeping, and other tasks that allow clients to live independently. Each caregiver has submitted to a national background check and drug screening. We know that your needs are unique to your circumstances, and will match you with a caregiver that knows how to best care for you or your loved one in need. SYNERGY HomeCare requires all caregivers to participate in regular career enhancement courses, and can provide you with specialized services in the area of care you require.
Our specialized care programs are centered on families who need an experienced caregiver in a particular field. We offer 24 hour live-in memory care services for your loved one with Alzheimer’s disease or dementia. We also provide transportation between the hospital and home, as well as regular communication with your family members about your health and well-being. Your child with special needs can also benefit from the care of a trained caregiver.
