Yes, please provide more information. However, if the person is having a bad episode, you could call 911 and ask to have him or her taken to the hospital for a psychiatric evaluation.

I'm with funkygrandma59, we need more info:

Who is this family member to you? How old are they?
Are you their PoA? Do they have one?
Do you live with this person? Do they live alone or are they in a facility?
Do they have a history of mental illness or is this a new behavior?
Do they have a diagnosis of cognitive impairment?
Are they currently on any medication to deal with behavioral symptoms?

We will need a LOT more information before any of us can begin to try and help you, as I've never heard of a whole family suffering from "severe paranoia."
