He is feeding the dog people food constantly. Shes getting sick and he denies feeding her, even when caught in the act. Any recommendations?

You cannot reason with someone with dementia. His brain is broken.

Folks with dementia cannot be reasoned with or trained to stop doing anything. It's up to YOU to remove the dog from his presence.

Is "him" living with you?
Is the dog yours or his?
If you, dog and "him" all live together you have to crate the dog while you are not right there to monitor what is going on.
If "him" is living alone...He shouldn't be....the dog needs to be removed. or another arrangement must be made to keep the dog safe. And if "him" is living alone a caregiver 24/7 would solve 2 problems.

“Him” and the dog must be separated and not live in the same place. It’s cruel to make a dog get sick because a failing mind can no longer understand the consequences of over feeding

"He" is not fit to have a dog. Some modern food is so processed it will seriously harm the animal. Sorry but it needs rehoming, is it getting veterinary treatment when it is sick ?
