First, we are not a Care agency, just a forum of Caregivers sharing experiences.

A personal care agreement is usually between the Caregiver and the client. If not written by a lawyer it should be witness by a 3rd party and notarized. Notaries are at Banks, Municiple Buildings, lawyers offices, etc. Then the Client gets a copy as does the Caregiver.
