My sister has POA for my mother who is in a nursing home with Alzheimer's. She said my mother has a living will but won't let me see it. I don't feel like she's acting in the best interest for my mother. Can I legally get a copy from the nursing home?

IF your mom has signed over POA to the money in the estate, that person pretty much holds the rights. You may be able to contact the Dr. talk with him. Depends on the state that you are located if there is a health directive involved. Most people think of just the DNR, but there is more to it that.

Is your mother coherent enough to understand a question asking her if you may see it?

I wonder what your sister's objection is. Do you two have an adversarial relationship?
