jucebub1, back in January of last year (2025) you wrote that you have no water, money, that your husband's girlfriend had committed fraud, taken your name off of bank accounts, etc. And you wrote the same thing several more times over the months.

Writers here have given you advice during the past 14 months but nothing new has happened. You need to speak to your Attorney.

14 months? How could she be surviving this long with no water and no money?

Right away, call your police department's financial crimes unit. Ask to meet with a detective, and provide as many details as possible. Bring paperwork, copies of notices, etc.

Also call Adult Protective Services and report elder financial abuse.

Go in person to the bank(s) which removed your name from the accounts.

Call the credit card companies and report the fraud.

Call the utility companies. Usually they have protections in place to keep your services from being cut off abruptly.

Call your local women's shelter and tell them this is a domestic financial abuse and abandonment situation. They may have some additional advice and referrals for services.

Bring as much paperwork and documentation as you have. I'm sorry you're in this situation.
