I used to do this years ago and I fell out of practice. I contacted my instructor recently and she is no longer teaching but directed me to YouTube yo find Carmen.



This has really been helping my anxiety levels. It goes by pretty fast also.

The first time I saw Tai Chi was at Golden Gate Park in California. A group of people were doing it. It was beautiful to watch their movements! So relaxing but efficient.
