I am currently on Medicaid due to no income. I will soon be turning 62 and have applied for Social Security retirement benefits, which will be $1,566 a month. This will disqualify me for Medicaid and I am not old enough for Medicare. My question is can I suspend my Social Security benefits at some point in the future in order to go back on Medicaid so I can have an operation or some other expensive procedure done?

This is a question for Medicaid. They may say you need to take SS when able.

What is your state's income limit for Community Medicaid? In many states it is around $2000 per month.
