No. This medication is primarily used on burns.
And you should ask your doctor these questions about medication.
You should use an anti-fungal on yeast infections. They are available over the counter and come in such brand names as monistat.
But the thing is that you need diagnosis. If you are treating an fungal rash with antibiotic creams it will get exponentially worse.
If you are treating a bacterial infection with antifungal THAT will get worse.

Monistat is pretty benign. If it does the job it will do it in days. Know that the first day it may actually look a bit redder as in "worse" but by day three and four it should be disappearing fast.
