I found CBD Oil to help with sleep and chemo - Happy Buddha hemp ( Colorado ) has different strengths you can Order a sample - do Not take close to bedtime But after Lunch or dinner as it takes time to absorb into the system . it really does help with sleep and pain. They Have nice lavender cream also That is gentle on the Skin and therapeutic . Ask for a couple samples and see if it works . FIVE.com ( Laguna Beach ) Has strong CBD Gummies they will definitely Make you sleep if the oil doesnt work . 1 or 2 gummies after Lunch . They Have specials on sale . CBD is Not for everyone But it does work for Pain and sleep .

5:1 CBD to THC gummies from fivecbd.com will help with sleep, probably. You can order gummies online and they ship anywhere. I can't sleep either from steroids so I just watch tv. Atarax helped for a week, now it's useless. Benadryl did nothing last night, so tonight I'll chew a gummy and see what happens. They also improve mood, imo. Chemo and cancer treatments are tough to smile thru......gummies DO HELP. Make sure they contain some thc though, that's the key imo.

Thc products cannot legally be shipped to another state, even another cannibis friendly one. If you’re in a state that does medical only, then you’ll be limited to those dispensaries within the state that provide this.

Lavender (sachets, oil in a diffuser) helped my sister who recently passed from ovarian cancer. I gave her a lifelike-looking plush puppy which really brightened her day/weeks. She named it and spent hours talking to or about him.

Music can be a powerful mood booster - classic, epic, instrumental - see what works best for her. There are tons of relaxation music vids on YouTube. IMO, some can be annoyingly redundant but, again, see what works for her. A few suggestions: Tim Janis, Peder Hollander, Candy Music Room (Outdoor Seaside Cafe Ambience).

Also research binaural beats for relaxation/sleep. Some are too 'mystic' for my tastes so I won't name any specifics.
