Find Care & Housing
I'm so sorry. JoAnne29 has given you some wonderful advice. I would also add it's a good time to find emotional support in person through your church, a senior center, etc. Be honest with your family and friends as well.

Do everything in your power now to make this easier on your loved ones. Of you haven’t already name POA for medical and financial decisions, make a will, and fill out an advance directive. Ask your family what would best help them. Perhaps look into places to move where help is available. Write down memories and wishes as soon as you think of things you want to share. I’m sorry you’re facing this, it’s everyone’s fear, I wish you much grace and peace

Get your ducks in a row. An Elder Lawyer can help you with this. POAs, Medical and Financial. Beneficiaries on everything. Your bank account can have Paid on Death. Your home can be put in a trust.

Think about going into an AL sooner than later. Pick one with MC attached. Start downsizing. Get rid of stuff you don't need or use anymore.
