2 brothers coax the primary POA(PP) with adhd and dyslexa, owner of Credit Union acct, to start doing bills, etc. The other 2 will do bills but are not on dad's CU acct for a reason. PP did stop the insurance claim I started? NO TEMP HOUSING after tornado 4 Dad, now in NH. He took over CU finances and removed $81,000.00 from his acct. My Dad sold a home and placed $70,000 in a CD  (in trust POD to me in CU as only beneficiary). I was unaware until 4 yrs ago. They want him to die in NH but use the CD to pay rather than the $80,000 they removed? He then will go on Medicaid. Does Medicaid and  Medicare use a 5 yr look back period. Can medicaid use the CD to pay NH if it is in trust to me and POD if brother is PP of attorney? If the other 2 bros are not on CU acct as owner or beneficiary can they legally do bills if I am the secessor? It is very sad bc I was there for my mom and dad. They have said bad things to people in NH, hospital, insurance company, construction team and bank. Do I have any right? Is less said less mended and when the time comes. God will intervene. They grew up in same home as I? Isn't it illegal to take $81 K without my dad's consent? They declared him incompetent which allows the POA to remove money, is that correct? Help.

You don't mention what state your Dad lives in but most states' Medicaid financial app has a 5-year look-back period.

If you think your 2 brothers are committing elder financial fraud, you need to take your evidence to a certified elder law attorney. If you know the name of the attorney who created the original PoA docs for your Dad and brothers, this may be best.
