My grandma just moved in with us. She is 89 and wants to continue yoga classes.

Try to find something similar to what she has done in the past -- assuming there has been no big change in her mobility/health. Some senior centers offer gentle yoga classes or chair yoga classes. Some fitness centers off these classes as well.

Best thing is to take your Grandma to talk with the yoga instructor who could guide the both of you as to what would work for your Grandma. That is great that she still wants to continue to exercise and stretch at her age :)

We had a question about yoga a couple of days ago. The link is https://www.agingcare.com/questions/safe-to-safe-to-practice-yoga-at-your-60s-183362.htm

We have yoga classes at the local senior center. Most people in the class are in their 70-80s. The ones who can't get up do the standing and chair routines. They enjoy the classes. It is gentle yoga.

Thank you everyone for the help, my grandma is very athletic and also enjoys running too. I want to find her a yoga class that is active enough for her and where she can also socialize with other seniors. She is mostly always with people younger than her.I will ask her if she would like to go to the senior center.
