And also he, myself and my mom on my car title. My car is paid off. I am his power of attorney. Now he can’t pay his cc bill. Do I need to pay his credit card or I am not sure what happens if he stop pay his credit cards?

Find Care & Housing
He has to stop using the credit cards. If there are more than one card, I suggest getting a consolidated loan. This will give him only one payment. I would call your County Office of Aging to see if there is a credit councelor who can help you figure out your fathers best options are. I really don't see how an Elder Lawyer could help in this and they are expensive.

I suggest you take him to Social Services. There is a supplimental income he may be able to get. He maybe able to get food stamps.
