Find Care & Housing
You might check with PACE in Ohio. It stands for Programs of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly. There are requirements and restrictions. I'm not sure if it covers someone who is completely bedbound. You can research it on-line. Also, I'm sending you a link for it.

Organizations, no. Medicaid, yes BUT not 24/7. Veterans Administration, possibly if he was a wartime veteran and has low income and few assets.

Buriningout2fast, when my Dad needed around the clock care, he had to hire caregivers to come in to help. It was very expensive but Dad paid.

Then Dad [95] decided to sell the house and move into a senior facility which saved him a lot of money, compared to having paid caregivers come into his home. He really loved the senior facility, in fact he said he should have moved there years ago.

Buriningout2fast, one idea is to see if your Dad can qualify for Medicaid [which is different from Medicare which doesn't pay for around the clock care]. Now with Medicaid, they will pay for your Dad to live in a continuing care facility. That may not be in either your wish or your Dad's, but it is an option. Otherwise, you will crash and burn quickly... and then what?
